She knows her work and do everything she can to help with the process of buying a home. She helped me from the beginning and still helps after I closed. I am so thankful for her. Alot of people would be done with you once you close. She was even there with a listening ear and encouraging words when I was getting aggrevated about the process. Thanks Christina!
Our family was considering a move from Connecticut to NC with two kids. It was a VERY big deal for us. I can't even begin to explain the number of hours Christina put into helping us. She went above and WAYYY beyond in every way. The market is insane right now and the whole process was a roller coaster. We lost several bids just because financially we couldn't compete, but she continued to be positive for us. Her knowledge of all of Wake County is amazing and when we settled on Wake Forest, a little out of her area, she hooked us up with a great local agent but continued to "oversee" everything for us. She is 100% about what's best for her clients. She digs in and did the research on every home we were interested in, and saved us from purchasing a home that may have had a major roadway built behind it and wasn't disclosed! Even after we purchased our home she continued to stay in touch and connect us with a painter, and carpet guy, and soemone to mow the lawn until we got set-up! She has really become a friend and someone I truly trust. If you're looking to "join the migration" to NC, I HIGHLY recommend Christina. There's no way you'll regret it!
As first time home buyers, buying across the country, we needed as much hand-holding as we could get. She was with us every step of the way, providing amazing advice and walking us through all the different contracts and paperwork. I highly recommend her services to anyone buying a home in the triangle area. She truly epitomizes the personal touch and will help you get the best home for YOU, not just a quick sale. She went above and beyond any expectation we had and are ecstatic about our purchase. Thank you for everything Christina!!!
Most of the process was done virtually since travel was restricted due to COVID-19. We were extremely fortunate to identify, early in the process, Christina Morris, a real estate agent who not only guided us through the whole process but gave us emotional support and confidence that our dream house would come true. If you have not bought a home recently, you may not recall how incredibly stressful it is. Starting with filling out countless forms (most of which are incomprehensible to the non-lawyer), deadlines to submit documents and have inspections, then looking at a myriad of options for the home, this or that elevation, and so on. It is simply nerve racking. But there was Christina, always present, be it via Zoom, phone, e-mail, or fax. She was with us throughout the whole process. We never got her voicemail when we called her. Not even once. She always answered her phone. Christina was present at all site inspections, virtual meetings, and met with construction staff on our behalf. She was very attentive to details and deadlines. If the new home looks great with all the nails in the right place and everything shining and bright it is thanks to her. She was our guide, interpreter and representative. She was outstanding in all these roles. She loves living in North Carolina and her mission is to share that living experience with all newcomers to the state, by helping them find their home.
We provided some personal background and our property history from growing up until now. We were looking for a place off the beaten path yet close to amenities while feeling like what home has come to mean to use. Christina understood exactly what were looking for. I told her I wanted to live in a place that when coming home from work, there would be a point in the drive that would make me exhale the trouble of the day away, where the challenges of work would be left behind. When we crossed Jordan Lake into Chatham county, I knew our realtor not only understood what we were looking for, but actually related to who we were. A gated community with a golf course just a few steps from the house didn't hurt either. Having worked with a few realtors, I can tell you we didn't realize what a great realtor was until we found Christina. She listened to our needs and asked us questions about who we were to understand not just what we wanted, but why it was important to us, which gave her the insight needed to find us the perfect home. Christina doesn't build client lists; she builds relationships, and that connection is why we feel we have the best realtor and now friend in NC!
When we were buying, she found multiple neighborhoods that were a great match for us. We ultimately purchased in a great community. When we were selling, it was during the worst time possible (the start of the COVID pandemic). It was a very challenging time to have a house on the market, but Christina kept adapting as information came available. She stuck with it and kept trying new things. In the end, we sold the home and the transaction was very smooth. We would definitely work with her again.
Her communication skills were on point and it was obvious that we were always her highest priority. She new the market extremely well and was able to price our house so that not only did it sell fast, but it sold over asking price. She worked as a trusted partner from day one and was a terrific negotiator with the buyers agent to ensure everything went smoothly. Christina was super helpful prior to placing our house on the market by showing us how we could prep the house for sale. 10 out of 10, and highly recommended.
Christina took an otherwise stressful situation and made it as smooth as could be. We’d highly recommend her, as she handled our transaction from beginning until well after our closing.
She quite literally fought for us throughout the whole process. We would not have been able to close on our house without her expertise and commitment to serving us. She is very communicative and made sure to explain every step of the home-buying process to us which, for a first-time home buyer, was very appreciated. We will absolutely use Christina as our agent again when we are ready to upgrade into a larger home one day, and we can not recommend her enough.
